“The virus found in the patient was 90 percent similar to H5N1 viruses previously isolated in ducks in China, which suggested that the man was very likely to have been infected through direct contact with a bird. It is still not transmissible between people,” said the Shenzhen Centre for Disease Prevention and Control in China.

Officials of Disease Prevention and Control in China finally break it silence on issue of virus strain found in a man, who lived in Shenzhen just across the border from Hong Kong. According to the reports, he died from multi-organ failure last Saturday; it was after he was admitted to hospital because of fever. It is said that the virus brought on the disease; it is according to the state media reports.

According to the researchers, the virus is normally found in birds but the possibility of the virus mutation is very much possible, it could mutate into a form that makes the spread easily between humans.
